Belgrade Jazz Festival continues to promote the work of Serbian jazz talents. KK Trio consists of three Music school Stanković jazz section students, Katarina Kočetova (2001), marko Ćurčić (1993) and Bogdan Đurđević (2000). The trio members won numerous domestic and international prizes (The Best Musical Mind and others.) The group plays Kočetova’s compositions as well as original American jazz heritage renditions (Chick Corea, Wayne Shorter, Joe Henderson…). With already some experience in performing live, they are currently working on their first album. During their performances at the Belgrade Jazz Festival they will be joined on stage by their professors, notable younger generation musicians Ivan Radivojević and Rastko Obradović.
